ANNUAL STRUCTURE
(12 MONTH PROGRAM)

Each month focuses on one core theme with four weekly sub-

topics. Participants may complete each week’s module at their

own pace.

Recommended Monthly Flow

Week 1: Core Concept Exploration

Week 2: Skills & Application

Week 3: Personal Reflection, Practice & Integration

Week 4: Creative Expression, Sharing, or Advocacy Application

Each week contains:

• 1 learning module
• 1 guided reflection activity
• 1 practice task or scenario activity
• 1 journaling or creative expression prompt

SELF-PACED TIMELINE EXPECTATION

Participants are encouraged to spend:

  • 1-2 hours per week on readings and videos
  • 30-45 minutes on reflection and journaling
  • 1 optional group session per month (virtual or in-person depending on availability)
  • Quarterly evaluation (short reflection surveys + growth tracking)

This structure ensures learning remains flexible, supportive, and emotionally manageable.

OPTIONAL LIVE SUPPORT EVENTS

THEESEEDS Institute offers optional live touchpoints to help participants feel connected and supported.

A guided check-in with trauma- informed facilitators.

Skill-based learning on regulation, grounding, boundaries, and advocacy

Interactive sessions where participants present learnings, stories, or community initiatives.
