Trauma Recovery Center

Offers a structured, self-paced learning experience that allows participants to progress through recovery and empowerment topics at a pace that feels safe, steady, and personally meaningful.

Participants are guided through:

  • Emotional and psychosocial healing
  • Identity reconstruction and self-awareness
  • Resilience-building tools and wellness practices
  • Family and community transformation
  • Advocacy fundamentals and leadership development
  • Sustainable program design and ethical trauma support

Each month focuses on a core healing theme, broken down into weekly self paced modules. Activities include reflection journals, creative expression, guided exercises, real-life application tasks, and community engagement opportunities.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE & LEARNING FLOW

The TRC Program is delivered in a Self-Paced Structure with optional Live Touchpoints for added support. Survivors, learners, and advocates can progress through each module in a way that honors their emotional rhythm, responsibilities, and healing needs.
